The Harmony Trust Launch Day

On Tuesday 1st April, we became Spotland Primary Academy as we joined The Harmony Trust and the family of schools.

Two days later, The Harmony Trust's CEO, Anthony Hughes, and the Director of Education, Jessica Hainsworth, held a launch event in school with a game of 'Who Wants To Be A Word Millionaire?', which involved members of the School Council having to answer questions about books and The Harmony Trust in order to win a free book for every child in school.

The School Council children did a fantastic job and staff from Madeline Lindley were on hand to help children select a book each to take home and keep.
